Agreement
By using BidCoat, you agree to these terms. BidCoat is provided by Spero DeFi LLC (“we”, “us”). If you don't agree, don't use the service.
The service
BidCoat is bid pipeline management software. It reads data from your connected spreadsheet, organizes it into a pipeline, and provides analytics and AI-generated insights. We don't guarantee specific business outcomes from using the service.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Each account belongs to one organization. You're responsible for all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately.
Your data
You own your data. We don't claim ownership of your bids, company records, contacts, or any other data you import into BidCoat. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.
AI-generated content
BidCoat uses AI to analyze your bid data and generate insights. These insights are informational suggestions, not professional advice. AI output may contain errors or incomplete analysis. You should use your own judgment when making business decisions based on AI-generated recommendations.
Beta service
BidCoat is currently in beta. The service is provided “as is” without warranty. We may change features, pricing, or availability at any time. We'll give reasonable notice before making changes that affect your data.
Acceptable use
Don't use BidCoat to violate any laws, interfere with other users, reverse engineer the service, or attempt to access data belonging to other organizations. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BidCoat and Spero DeFi LLC are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost revenue or data loss.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or through the application. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the new terms.
